The U.S. Department of State (“DOS,” “State,” or “the Department”) has a requirement for comprehensive mobile network connectivity for 500-600 users across multiple sites in Canada, including Ottawa ON, Vancouver BC, Calgary AB, Winnipeg MB, Toronto ON, Montreal QC, Quebec City QC, Halifax NS, and some remote locations hereinafter referred to collectively as the U.S. Mission Canada. The Contractor shall have the capability to provide all necessary and relevant services and supplies to meet the growing network connectivity needs of U.S. Mission Canada. The requirement is for the providing of Mobile Communication Services for employees of the US Diplomatic Mission located in Canada. The estimated quantity of mobile service users will be included in the Request For Quotation. Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Canada will launch the solicitation on the www.SAM.gov website when it is available. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with two one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussions. The resultant contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract providing defined services in variable quantities at a fixed price. All offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov when submitting an offer and at the time of contract award, pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
