Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Landscape and Irrigation Project for Lomas de La Cruz for the U.S Embassy in Santiago, Chile. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit on December 15th 2022 at 10:00 AM in Condominio La Cruz , Lo Barnechea, Santiago. All prospective offerors who have received a solicitation package are invited to attend. All contractors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a proposal. The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at: https://sam.gov/content/entity-registration Prospective offerors/quoters should contact Alejandra Guerra (guerraax@state.gov) for additional information or to arrange entry to compound for the site visit. Otherwise, they will not be able to enter. Please provide Names, rut, and vehicle plates no later than December 13th, 2022. Your quotation must be submitted via email to Santiago-gsoprocurement@state.gov on or before January 17th, 2023, no later than 15:00 hours. No quotation will be accepted after this time.
