CMR PERIMETER WALL REINFORCEMENT DESIGN

Notice ID:19C02026Q0023

The project seeks comprehensive professional engineering services to perform a technical evaluation, stability analysis, and final design for a stabilizing solution for an existing distressed stone masonry retaining wall along Carrera 4 at the U.S. Embassy Bogotá. The wall ranges from 2.8m to 3.5m in height and requires geotechnical and structural intervention, including subsurface investigation and delivery of an Issued-for-Construction design package. The solution must restore structural stability, meet international seismic standards, and ensure the continued security of the compound. The government intends to award a contract based on the lowest priced technically acceptable offer and may do so without discussion. Performance will take place in Bogotá, Colombia; registration in SAM is encouraged but not required at the time of proposal submission.
