Supply, Installation, and Certification of Anchor Points and Horizontal Lifelines at Chancery
The contract covers the supply, installation, load testing, and certification of fall protection systems at the U.S. Embassy Bogotá Compound, including a fixed horizontal lifeline system on the 260-meter NOX Building façade and certified anchor points across multiple embassy facilities. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, safety controls, and incidental services in compliance with applicable regulations and COR-approved standards. The period of performance is 15 to 18 working days as specified per scope, to be strictly adhered to with minimal disruption to Embassy operations. The government intends to award to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer and may award without discussions. Contractors must be registered in SAM prior to award, and the solicitation will be published on SAM.gov and the U.S. Embassy Bogotá website.
