Contractor will provide minor repairs and maintenance at the U.S. Embassy Branch Office in Cartagena, Colombia, including all materials, transport, and labor. The selected company must be legally incorporated in Colombia with a minimum of 10 years of verifiable experience. The anticipated performance period is 5 years if exercised by the government. The government intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror. All contractors must be registered in the SAM database prior to award.
