The US Embassy Branch Office in Cartagena due to years of wear and tear Requires Interior Improvements and Modernization to the exisiting facilites as the current architectural finishes no longer meet necessary standards, resulting in operational challenges across offices, reception areas, and communal spaces. Contractor is solely responsible for providing construction services and contract coordination and supervision, including but not limited to the management, professional technical services, and construction necessary to meet the requirements of this contract within the established schedules. All contractor personnel must be capable of obtaining a security clearance by the Regional Security Office (RSO) of the U.S. Embassy prior to gaining access to the compound to perform tasks under the contract. The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference at the site, The pre-proposal conference will be held on June 11 at 10:00 AM (local time) at the US Embassy Branch Office located at Edificio Chambacu, Cartagena - Colombia. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact The Bogota Procurement office at bogotagsocompras@state.gov by June 5, 2024 04:00PM for additional information or to arrange entry to the building. Proposals are due by June 18, 2024 04:00PM. No proposals will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted. Your proposal must be submitted electronically to bogotagsocompras@state.gov It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word 2007/2010 or MS- Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 30MB. If the file size should exceed the 30MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 30MB each.
