Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Travel Management Services. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation and submit your quote to the address below. The quotation must include: 1. Completed Standard Form 1449 2. Section 1, Pricing 3. Section 3, Technical Proposal Criteria 4. Section 5, Representations and Certifications to ensure compliance with FAR 52.204-24 and 52.206-26. 5. IRS Form W-14 found at www.irs.gov/w14 to ensure compliance with FAR 52.229-11 The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Quotations are due by Monday, April 11, 2022 at 4:00pm local time in Bogota. This solicitation does not allow for electronic quotations, please mail your quotation to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449. Please mark the outside of your quotation with the Request for Quotation (RFQ) number. The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference on Friday, March 4, 2022, and all prospective quoters who have received a solicitation package are invited to attend. The requirement is for providing Travel Management Services to the U.S. Mission in Colombia. The average annual number of visitors requiring traveler’s assistance services is 2,500. Please note these are only estimated quantities. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be an ID/Requirements type contract. The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.
