The contractor shall perform preventive maintenance services of the facility’s Chillers (Air Cooled Chillers, Chiller Modules, Expansion tank, Pumps, etc.) 1-visit only. The initial period of performance was scheduled to commence in July 2025 and end in July 2026; however, the commencement date is subject to change and may be postponed to a later date upon mutual agreement or as necessitated by the solicitation requirements.
