For Senior Architect, Junior Architect, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Structural Engineer and Plumbing Engineer - Estimated 192 hours each. For Cost Engineer - Estimated 36 hours. The estimated magnitude of this requirement for construction oversight services is between BND150,000.00 to BND220,000.00. This estimate is provided as a guide only and does not constitute a commitment or guarantee of the final cost of performance. Offerors are expected to prepare their quotations based on their own evaluation of the requirements set forth in this solicitation.
