The Contractor shall provide janitorial services for the U.S. Embassy Bandar Seri Begawan and its property listed in this contract. The Contractor shall perform janitorial services in all designated spaces including, but not limited to, halls, offices, restrooms, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, storage areas and stairways. The Contractor shall furnish all managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel necessary to accomplish the work in this contract. Contractor employees shall be on site only for contractual duties and not for other business purposes.

The contractor shall provide janitorial services, including all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and services for the U.S. Embassy Chancery and the Ambassador's residence.
