The contractor will provide all engineering services, materials, labor, tools, and equipment for a full renovation of a USG office in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. The work includes emptying the space, demolition, updating electrical/IT/telephony/TV infrastructure, constructing new glass partitions, and modifying the existing raceway system. Additional tasks involve new air conditioning, lighting, ceiling repair, painting, carpet installation, blind repair, furniture reassembly, and supply of new furniture. Performance will take place at Av. do Contorno, 4520, 2nd floor, Belo Horizonte, MG, Brazil.
