The work addresses water infiltration, loose/missing tiles, deteriorated grout, and damaged coping to return the pool to a watertight, safe condition. The contractor must furnish all engineering, materials, labor, supervision, tools, and equipment, with scope including infiltration mitigation, tile repair/replacement, regrouting, and coping restoration.
