The U.S. Embassy in Brasília has a requirement to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the acquisition of general construction materials and supplies in support for facilities maintenance services. Please note that a BPA is not a contract, but an agreement that establishes terms and conditions applicable to future orders. Individual orders (“Calls”) will be issued under the BPA and funded separately based on specific needs. The Embassy intends to award BPAs to the vendors that are technically acceptable and agree to provide goods to the U.S. Government at fair and reasonable prices, which are equal to or below prevailing market rates . Categories of items to be supplied may include, but are not limited to, the following: Replacement parts for HVAC systems Electrical components Plumbing supplies Painting supplies Safety equipment Carpentry supplies Bent and profiled sheets General tools and PPE Refrigeration supplies Glass Profiles, metal, welding, and hardware Small repair parts Dry construction materials
