Enclosed is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Cleaning and Maintenance service on three (03) swimming pools located in Brasília, Brazil. The Contractor service shall include cleaning of 3 (three) swimming pools, maintaining the pools’ water chemically balanced, performing water quality testing, reporting water testing results, replacing parts (sands and filters) as needed and performing regular inspection and repairs of the pools’ machinery (recirculating system). The contractor will coordinate all work with the Contracting Officer’s representative (COR). All three sites have open swimming pools on operation year-round that require continued maintenance. The service must be priced on a yearly basis and it shall include all the chemicals, parts and tools needed for the cleaning and maintenance of six swimming pools. The pools contract charges consist of 12 services per year, per swimming pool, of which services should be provided three times a week in accordance with the attached RFQ/SOW.
