Main purpose of this contract is to award contractor that shall provide passenger transportation services, vehicles with drivers and vehicles without drivers for the official VIP visit in Manaus, Brazil. The Contractors shall provide all managerial, administrative, direct labor personnel, vehicles, drivers (if required by the Work Statement), communication equipment, all running expenses (i.e., fuel, oil, etc.), and including all servicing and insurance of such vehicles that are necessary to accomplish all work required by this contract.
