Service Performance will b... The Embassy has a requirement for a firm to enter into a BPA that establishes the terms and conditions applicable to future purchases. A BPA is an agreement, not a contract. Service Performance will be funded through Calls/Orders which shall subsequently be priced and funded with a specified performance period. All firms that respond to the solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform the work. At a minimum, each offeror must meet the following requirements when submitting their proposal: Be able to understand written and spoken English, Portuguese; Have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing; Have the necessary personnel, equipment and financial resources available to perform the work; Have all licenses and permits required by local law; Have no adverse criminal record; Have no political or business affiliation which could be considered contrary to the interests of the United States; Have good experience and past performance records; and, Identify specialized experience and technical competence required to complete the furnishing of the required office supplies in accordance with this solicitation. The Government requires the BPA Holder to quickly provide material in the exact specifications required for items such as: Folders, Organizers, Envelopes Batteries Computer Accessories Boxes, Wrappers, Tapes, Tape Dispensers Binders and Document Protectors Fasteners, Staples and Clips Label Printers, Labels and Cards Paper in various sizes and colors, including American legal size Pens, Highlighters, Markers Pencils, Mechanic Pencils American Flags Scissors, Cutters Badge Holders Sticky Notes Books, Notepads If your company is interested in participating in this process, please contact Allan Carvalho CarvalhoAM@state.gov to receive more details, such as scope of work and the list of office supplies with recurring demand.
