U.S. Mission Brazil has a requirement for transportation voucher services for locally employed personnel located at the U.S. Embassy Brasília, Brazil, and U.S Consulates São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Recife, Porto Alegre, and Belo Horizonte. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The Government may award the contract based on the best value via comparative Evaluation without discussion. The resultant contract will be an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity contract under which firm-fixed-priced orders will be issued for services. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective quoters are encouraged to register immediately if interested in this solicitation. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations.
