The Embassy of the United States in Benin will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The requirement is for providing life insurance coverage for US Embassy Cotonou LE staff. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be fixed price. The Government is planning a pre-quotation site visit and the date for this visit will be in the solicitation. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov at the time of proposal submission pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are strongly encouraged to register immediately if interested in this solicitation. This opportunity allows for electronic reposes. Please submit your offer prior to the response date and time. Offers should be submitted to cotonougsobids@state.gov. It is important to make sure the file size does not exceed 30MB.
