The Embassy of the United States in Benin will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The requirement is for the providing of cell phone services through SIM cards for the U.S. Embassy Cotonou. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be fixed price. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov at the time of proposal submission pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. If an offeror is not registered in SAM at the time of proposal submission, the Government may immediately deem the offeror to be non-responsible with no further consideration. Therefore, prospective offerors are strongly encouraged to register immediately if interested in this solicitation. Only electronic offers will be accepted.
