The requirement is to provide C-Band satellite dedicated bandwidth internet services and circuitry for the U.S. Embassy for a 10 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload. The anticipated performance period is for one (1) base year, with four (4) one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be fixed price. The Government is planning a pre-quotation site visit and the date for this visit will be in the solicitation. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov at the time of proposal submission pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. If an offeror is not registered in SAM at the time of proposal submission, the Government may immediately deem the offeror to be non-responsible with no further consideration. Therefore, prospective offerors are strongly encouraged to register immediately if interested in this solicitation. Only electronic offers will be accepted.
