Conference pack... Scope of Work Contractor shall provide conference package for 3 separate day conference as outlined in the Scope of Work below. Contract type will be a firm fixed price purchase order. Conference package should include conference room for 3 separate days with setup, equipment including microphones and projection screen and conferencing equipment for virtual presentation. Conferencing Equipment shall include transmission of high-quality video, microphones one per table, for the proper transmission of voice and text communication between presenter and participant. The conference room shall include air conditioning, podium, projector and projector screen, speakers, electrical outlet, adequate conference style tables and chairs (with tablecloth and covered chairs), Internet guest Wi-Fi access, in a hotel located in Belize City, or Central proximity for participants from all over the country to attend on the dates of April 30 to May 2, 2024. Conference package should also include lodging with 15 (5 rooms / day) (double occupancy rooms with tax included), working lunch, morning, and afternoon snacks. Rooms should also include a 5-day cancellation policy.
