The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. This is a fixed price with economic-price-adjustment-requirements type contract under which the Government will issue firm-fixed price task orders. The fixed prices/premium rates, BDT per one thousand of salary to provide life insurance and accidental death or work related death coverage.
