The period of performance is for twelve months and will be a firm fixed purchase order. A copy of the solicitation documents can be found in the attachments. A site visit will be held in Nassau, Bahamas on December 2, 2025. Proposals are due on January 6, 2026. Non-Bahamian companies MUST be registered to do business in The Bahamas and have a Bahamian TIN number before submitting a quote.
