The government anticipates a firm-fixed-price purchase order with a 12-month performance period, and a pre-quotation conference is planned with its date to be provided in the solicitation. Qualified, responsible local sources legally licensed to operate in Nassau, The Bahamas are encouraged to propose, with more favorable consideration for firms not using a joint venture or subcontracting with another organization. Offerors are encouraged to register early in SAM, and the contracting officer has determined SAM registration is required at the time of proposal submission.
