The U.S. Embassy to Belgium intends to issue a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Security Systems, Products and Services. The BPA is an overarching agreement with no financial commitment that allows named individuals to request services, and only companies or individuals specializing in this field should apply by providing indicative pricing. Companies doing U.S. Government business valued over $40,000 must register in SAM and obtain an NCAGE code; there is no cost to obtain the NCAGE code or register.
