The U.S. Embassy to Belgium intends to issue a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning equipment. The BPA is an overarching agreement with no financial commitment that allows named individuals to request services. Only companies or individuals specializing in HVAC should apply by providing indicative pricing information. Companies doing U.S. Government business valued over $40,000 must register in SAM and obtain an NCAGE code, both at no cost, and are encouraged to register early.
