Actuarial Review of the Supplemental Retirement Plan
The U.S. Government is seeking quotations for an actuarial review of the Supplemental Retirement plan. The government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order using a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation and may award without discussions. Quotations must be submitted electronically in PDF format, with email attachments limited to 30MB each, and must include the required sections, representations, certifications, and proof of SAM registration unless a foreign vendor qualifies for the NDAA Micro-Purchase Express Form. Proposals must be in English, and incomplete submissions will not be accepted.
