The Embassy of the United States in Belgium will issue the solicitation on SAM.gov when it becomes available. The United States Government (USG), Department of State (DOS), requires exterior façade painting of a residential building located within the Brussels Region, Belgium. All responsible sources may submit a quotation when the solicitation is issued. The Government may award the contract based on initial offers without discussions. However, discussions may be held if necessary. The resulting contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. Site Visit: A site visit will be organized by the U.S. Embassy. Contractors may attend this site visit to be accurate in their proposal. The exact date and time will be specified in the solicitation. Registration Requirements: All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at SAM.gov before submitting an offer, per FAR provision 52.204-7. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register well in advance. Electronic Submission/Responses: This opportunity allows for electronic responses. Offerors should ensure that emails do not exceed 2MB. If necessary, multiple emails may be sent.
