The United States Government (USG), Department of State (DOS), has a requirement to rent vehicles with drivers for official use within Belgium. The contractor shall provide a fleet of vehicles, including but not limited to passenger cars, vans, and SUVs, with licensed and qualified drivers to transport USG personnel to various locations within the Brussels Capital region and surrounding areas. A full description of the required services and scope of work can be found in the attached documents. Contract: The resultant contract will be a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) . Registration Requirements: All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database (https://www.sam.gov) prior to submitting an offer, pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submission of quotations/proposals. Electronic Submission/Responses: Your quotation must be submitted electronically to BrusselsBids@state.gov. It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 30MB. If the file size should exceed the 2MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 2MB each. (ex: first email ending in “part 1 of 3” and last email ending in "part 3 of 3”)
