The United States Government (USG), Department of State (DOS), has a requirement for the scheduled garbage collection at the NEC, located within Brussels. The contractor shall provide these services in full compliance with Belgian laws and other applicable regulations. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Full description, scope of work and additional documents can be found in the attachements. Contract Type The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract from the start date in the Notice to Proceed and continuing for 12 months, with 4, one-year options to renew. Site Visit The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation site visit. The pre-proposal site visit will be held on May. 27th, 2025, at 11.00am (local time). Prospective offerors/quoters should contact BrusselsBids@state.gov for additional information on the location. Offer Instructions Complete the OFFER as instructed in section 3, including all blank spaces highlighted in yellow, and have the form signed by an authorized representative of your company, or the quote may be considered unacceptable and may be rejected. In order for a proposal to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following: SF-1449 Section 1, Pricing Additional information as required in Section 3 Section 5 Representations and Certifications Registration Requirements All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database (https://www.sam.gov) prior to submitting an offer, pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submission of quotations/proposals. Electronic Submission/Responses Your quotation must be submitted electronically to BrusselsBids@state.gov. It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 30MB. If the file size should exceed the 2MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 2MB each. (ex: first email ending in “part 1 of 3” and last email ending in "part 3 of 3”)
