The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a proposal for the repair and restoration of the brick chimney on the roof of a residence building located in the Brussels Capital Region, Belgium. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. Scope of Work*: Paint removal, brick masonry repairs, and repainting of all four sides of the chimney. Removal of the old exhaust system and repair of the chimney/roof area where the old exhaust system was in place. Use of high-quality, first-class materials and fittings. *Detailed scope of work to be found in the RFP Site visit: A mandatory site visit is organised for this RFP and scheduled for August 14th 2024. Scope of Work: The project involves the repair and restoration of the brick chimney at the roof of the residence. Key Tasks: Paint removal, brick masonry repairs, and repainting of all four sides of the chimney. Removal of the old exhaust system and repair of the chimney/roof area where the old exhaust system was in place. Use of high-quality, first-class materials and fittings. All responsible sources may submit a quotation at the time of the solicitation. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussions. However, discussions may be held with companies in the competitive range if necessary. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract.
