The Embassy of the United States in Belgium will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The United States Government (USG), Department of State (DOS), has a requirement to remove and replace the sealant/ caulking at the exterior window system at one of our office buildings located within American Embassy Compound in Brussels, Belgium. The estimated linear meters for the replacement of the sealant/caulking is approximately 930 linear meters of windows. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion but may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning a site visit, and the time and date will be stated in the solicitation. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. Electronic Submission/Responses: This opportunity allows for electronic responses.
