The Embassy of the United States in Brussels will launch a solicitation for gardening services in a Government-owned residence in Brussels, Belgium. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four (4) one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. We intend to award a contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
