Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Brussels will launch a Solicitation for the Painting of Real Property and Offices Owned or Leased by the U.S. Government at the U.S. Embassy in Belgium. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four (4) one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. We intend to award a contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 5.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
