The Embassy of the United States in Belgium will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The Embassy has a requirement for residential roof and atrium repairs. This construction effort is estimated at $250,000 to $500,000 and needs to be completed by December 31, 2021, in the area of Brussels, Belgium. This work involves roof and atrium repair at a USG owned residence. Firms that have technical experience in roof repair are encouraged to apply. If a firm is interested in competing for this requirement, please provide a written request for a copy of the solicitation documents to the U.S. Embassy, Brussels, no later than 16:00 Hrs. on September 10, 2021. Requests must be written in English and may be sent via e-mail to BrusselsBids@state.gov. The contract award cannot be finalized until the winning bidder is registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database https://www.sam.gov.
