Your proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Meal allowance credits Proposal Enclosed" to the U.S. Embassy, Regentlaan/Bd. Du Régent 27, 1000 Brussels on or before 1600 Hrs. on February 7, 2020. No proposal will be accepted after this time. In order for a proposal to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following: 1. SF-1449 2. Section 1, Pricing Schedule 3. Section 5, Representations and Certifications; 4. Additional information as required in Section 3. The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference, and all prospective offerors who have received a solicitation package are invited to attend. See Section 3 (ADDENDUM) of the attached Request for Proposals (RFP) for more information. The Embassy of the United States in Brussels will release a solicitation for providing electronic meal cards and monthly meal allowance credits for the Locally Employed Staff at the Embassy. This is a fixed price contract for standard services specified and effective for the period stated in the Schedule. The requirements may change depending on funding availability in forthcoming periods. Anticipated performance is for one base period and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. The contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative and direct labor personnel to accomplish all work required. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. The Government plans to launch the solicitation on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website during the month of December, 2019. Note: Please see the RFP for the actual response date.
