The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference at the site, The pre-proposal conference will be held on April 12, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. (local time) at the U.S. Embassy, Bridgetown. Prospective offerors/quoters should email: Bridgetownprocurement@state.gov by April 10, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. for additional information or to arrange entry to the building. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
