Proposals must be submitted to The Contracting Officer electronically to ManamaGSOprocurement@state.gov with subject line “19BA3026Q0001- Quotation for Venue and Catering service for U.S. Embassy’s National Day Celebration 2026” no later than 16:00 Bahrain Time on December 22, 2025. For any clarifications to this RFQ, please reach out to ManamaGSOprocurement@state.gov at least three business days prior to the closing date mentioned above.
