The purpose of this contract is to obtain gardening services. Maintenance and appearance of the grass, flowers, shrubbery, garden areas, trees, and related landscaping. The Contractor shall perform complete gardening and landscape maintenance services as described in this contract. The Contractor shall include all planning, administration, and management necessary to assure that all services comply with the contract.
