The Embassy of the United States in Austria will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The U.S. Tri-Missions Vienna intends to issue a solicitation for cellphone services for U.S.-Government employees at the U.S. Tri-Missions Vienna for local and international use including mobile cellular voice, text, roaming, and data service with an annual estimated cell phone usage. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with three one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. Voice and SMS/MMS Coverage: Unlimited voice calls and text messages within Austria and the EU (roaming). Estimated coverage of at least 428,000 call minutes and 428,000 text messages from Austria to non-EU countries and vice versa. Estimated coverage of at least 83,350 call minutes and 83,350 text messages globally. Data Coverage: Unlimited data volume within Austria. 50,230 GB data volume within the EU (roaming). 1,115 GB data volume in non-EU countries. 574 GB data volume worldwide. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
