The United States Government (USG), Department of State (DOS), Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) requires construction services for an Architectural Barriers Act (ABA) Improvement Project in Vienna, Austria. The intent of this project is to provide additional works related to an Architectural Barriers Act (ABA), access from the CMR public living room to the existing patio and from the patio to the pedestrian pathway. The Contractor shall execute the project in accordance with the RFP Contract Documents, and provide complete construction services, contract coordination and supervision, including but not limited to the management, and construction in accordance with the requirements of this contract and within the established schedules. Specifically, this project will include the following: Raise Terrace Side Deck to match the main Patio Height Reconfigure stairs in the center of the patio. Make adjustments to the existing walkway as necessary to accommodate a new patio ramp and vehicle parking place modification. Estimated size of the project according to FAR 36.204 is between $25,000 and $100,000 in range.
