The Contractor shall provide German language instruction services at an estimated number of 1.400-1.600 sessions per year to be given at a firm fixed price per session. Sessions shall be scheduled between Monday and Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The program year is from September to June; no group language classes will take place in July and August unless mutually agreed upon by the Contractor and the Government. Contractor(s) must be able to accommodate at least 30 class sessions per week for an average of 20 groups of students. Group sizes will range from individual classes to no more than six students, except when mutually agreed upon by the Contractor and the Government. Groups will have the option of meeting for 50 minutes twice per week or 100 minutes once per week. Contractor(s) must have a minimum of five available instructors in order to accommodate three different training locations and have sufficient back-up resources. They also must be able to provide executive-level one-on-one courses with flexible schedules for Senior Officials.
