Transportation services of government owned furniture, appliances, goods and equipment from and to the American Embassy Warehouse (WHSE), 1190 Wien and various government-owned and leased residences and offices and locations in the greater Vienna area. The Contractor performs all services under the direct supervision and instructions of the American Embassy Warehouse staff. The Contractor shall provide a qualified work force capable of providing the services specified in this contract. The Contractor shall ensure that all work meets a standard of performance acceptable to the Tri-Missions Vienna. The services will be provided in the furnishing and make-ready of residences, moving of items for offices and assistance to set up and move items for official events. Upon request within 5 working days, the vendor provides: German and/or English-speaking worker(s), trained and capable of moving and lifting heavy equipment and furniture. Worker(s) shall have a security clearance from the Regional Security Office (RSO)

The Contractor perform all services under the direct supervision and instructions of the American Embassy Warehouse staff. The Contractor shall provide a qualified work force capable of providing the services specified in this contract. The Contractor shall ensure that all work meets a standard of performance acceptable to the Tri-Missions Vienna (‘Embassy’). The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with two one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. All contractors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
