The United States Government (USG), Department of State (DOS), Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) requires construction services for an Architectural Barriers Act (ABA) Improvement Project in Vienna, Austria. The Contractor shall execute the project in accordance with the RFP Contract Documents, and provide complete construction services, contract coordination and supervision, including but not limited to the management, and construction in accordance with the requirements of this contract and within the established schedules. Reconfigure doorways (2) from the living room to the patio to comply with ABA. This will consist of dismantling of 2 existing doors and thresholds.
