The Tri Missions Vienna are soliciting janitorial services for its office locations to include approximately 19,500 square meters of office space, hallways, staircases, wet rooms, kitchenettes, Warehouse space as well as cleaning of roughly 7,500 square meters of carpets and 5,500 square meters of windows. Office premises are all located in Vienna. The Statement of Work includes various quality levels, depending on the office needs. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror, who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database at https://www.sam.gov prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
