The Tri Missions Vienna are soliciting insurance coverage for U.S. Government-owned official vehicles, trucks, motorcycles and scooters. Coverage is required for roughly 75 vehicles plus 10 e-scooters and/or e-motor bikes. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with two one-year options, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror, who is a responsible contractor with a satisfactory record of integrity and business ethics. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database at https://www.sam.gov prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
