Quotations are currently being requested for Design and Construction Services for the renovation of an existing ground-floor kitchen. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting a technically acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The Consulate will hold a Pre-quotation Conference at the site on Thursday, July 10th, 2025, at 10:00am AWST and all offerors are encouraged to attend. All offerors must register their details to attend and receive the site visit location. Please email perthprocurement@state.gov by Monday, July 7th, 2025, at 4:00pm AWST to confirm your interest. Submit any questions regarding this solicitation by email to perthprocurement@state.gov. All questions must be submitted no later than July 16th, 2025, at 5:00PM AWST. Responses will be posted to the solicitation on SAM.gov. See attached RFQ for details of the request. All prospective offerors are encouraged to register in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
