REQUEST FOR INFORMATION NOTICE This notice will be used to identify potential sourcse that are interested in and capable of performing the work described herein. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This Request for Information is issued solely for conducting market research, set aside determination, and planning purposes and does not constitute an solicitation or obligation on the part of the Government. Neither unsolicited proposals nor any other kind of offers wil be considered in response to this Request for Information. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement and/or any follow-up information requests.
