This action is set aside for Women Owned Small Businesses. The resultant contract action will be a Single Award IDIQ. In order to be eligible for award, vendors must submit all information detailed in Section L. 1. General: Under this contract vehicle, the Contractor shall provide a full range of trained canines, handler and instructor training courses, and canine handler/instructor accreditation. The U.S. Department of State is supporting the U.S.-Mexico Bicentennial Framework for Security, Public Health, and Safe Communities, an on-going, long-term agreement between the United States and Mexican Governments to detect, deter, prevent, and mitigate criminal activity in Mexico and its effects in both Mexico and the United States. Part of this agreement is to modernize equipment and technological resources of canine units, through the provision of canines and basic canine handler training. 2. Contracty Type: The Government anticipates issuing hybrid task orders from this IDIQ, to include FFP and Cost Reimbursable CLINs. Contractors must have an approved accounting system in order to be eligible for award, as detailed in Section L of the solicitation. 3. Ordering Ceiling: The anticipated IDIQ ceiling is $12,000,000. Offerors must submit proposed pricing using Attachment 2. 4. Due Dates: All solicitation questions must be submitted to the Contracting Officer by April 10th, using the template included as Attachment 6. Proposals are due by April 24th. The Government will extend the proposal due date by the amount of time it takes to respond to vendor questions.
