This Sources Sought is for market research to identify capable vendors for IT equipment, lab equipment, and furniture, organized into three groups with separate draft SOWs. Group 1 (IT Equipment) will be procured standalone and is being evaluated against NASA SEWP as the primary route, while Group 2 (Lab Equipment) and Group 3 (Furniture) may be solicited together, with Group 3 optionally combined with Group 2. Mandatory requirements include in-country Mexico warranty support (two-year no-exception for IT hardware; OEM in-country warranty for lab equipment and furniture), a 60-calendar-day delivery timeline to Brownsville, TX, and possible direct delivery to Mexico City, Mexico with vendor responsibility for export/import/customs. The Government may issue separate RFQs and is seeking industry input on NAICS codes, brand-name/or-equal equivalency, delivery feasibility, licensing/activation, authorized distribution, packaging by end user, and risks.
